This old favourite succulent plant Aloe arborescens or ‘Candelabra aloe’ is a very simple to care for succulent in the Aloe family. With its gorgeous matte patterned green-blue fleshy leaves and structural elegance it's a winner all round. Native to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique & Malawi where it grows on rocky outcrops, cliff edges and mountainous terrain. Flowers in Winter with large red-orange blooms!

RATING- Easy

LOVES- Fresh air, especially in summer. A windowsill is the perfect spot

HATES- Over-watering (Especially in winter). Let the soil dry out a little between watering. Do not mist leaves
