This large fern is from the Asplenium genus, and is a twisted version of the antiquum. Originating from Tropical East Asia (China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea), the leaves protrude from a central formation, and twist sculpturally. In its natural habitat this fern grows on trees, collecting rainwater and humus in its leaf-rosette ‘nest’.
RATING- Easy-Moderate
LOVES- Some direct light, a humid environment like a steamy bathroom would suit this fern however regular misting will suffice.
HATES- Drying out, keep the soil moist but not waterlogged at all times. Avoid watering the centre of the plant.
