  • Latin name Monstera Deliciosa commonly known as a Cheese Plant or Swiss Cheese Plant - these guys grow so well and in various conditions. This is a young Swiss Cheese Plant with leaves that are currently heart-shaped and as they mature the leaves will split (which is known as fenestration).

The Monstera (Swiss Cheese Plant) can grow to monster sizes, so keep re-potting it yearly to encourage further root formation and growth. With its gorgeous foliage, it’s a real statement piece, wherever you put it. The Monstera Deliciosa is native to Panama, through to southern Mexico and the name Deliciosa references the delicious fruits they can produce, tasting a mix between banana and pineapple.
