A stunning calathea known for the intense silvery green centre of its leaves that is surrounded by a darker band of colour. The underside of the leaf is a muted burgundy colour. Native to northeastern Brazil like many of the plants in the Marantaceae family.

RATING- Moderate

LOVES- Frequent misting especially in the summer months. Keep soil moist at all times and don’t allow to dry out.

HATES- Bright light and direct sunlight, keep in semi-shade to prevent the leaf colours and patterns from fading
