A small succulent with long fragile looking trailing stems that have small silvery heart shaped fleshy leaves, this particular variety is extra special as it has light pink and cream variegation! This plant can grow much larger and to very long lengths. Native to Natal, South Africa, this plant looks gorgeous draping off a shelf or even in a macrame hanger!

Loves- Fresh air (open windows) Water once a week or when the soil dries out (only 1-2 times a month in winter) Best position is a bright and sunny windowsill
Hates- Misting or its leaves lying on top of wet soggy soil
