Jasminium officinale otherwise known as Jasmine is a flowering plant that is part of the Olive family, Oleaceae. Native to tropical and subtropical regions of Eurasia, Africa and Australasia where it grows like a climbing shrub in valleys, woods, along rivers and meadows. The flowers are star shaped, pink and white and sweetly scented. This plant can be trained to climb around a frame or trellis.

LOVES- A cool semi shady spot away from direct sunlight. Enjoys high humidity so mist frequently. Dead head the flowers to encourage new growth

HATES- Over-watering- water when the top inch is dry to touch. Avoid placing too close to a radiator or heat source
