Nidularium schultesianum 'Fireball' variegated (Bromeliad)

The Nidularium schultesianum ‘Fireball’ is a tropical Bromeliad, native to South America. The rosette forming plant has bright green foliage with creamy yellow margins. Perfect for vivariums, as it is safe for reptiles. With filtered light and high humidity, this plant thrives in the home, eventually producing pups that can be separated and grown on in containers or as an epiphyte.

Rating- Easy/Moderate

LOVES- High humidity, bright (not direct) light, moist (not soggy) soil. The central ‘cup’ getting a top up of water about once a week.

HATES- Dry soil, hard water, cold temperatures.
