‘Variegata’ refers to the alternating green and white stripes on this Aloes sword shaped leaves. Very easy to care for, a wonderful alternative to the classic Aloe Vera. Native to South Africa where it grows in groups in the semi-arid environment in rocks and crevices. Given the right conditions this Aloe can even flower.

RATING- Easy

LOVES- A bright sunny position away from direct sunlight is best. Ensure it receives good light in the Winter months.

HATES- Overwatering- water sparingly every 2-3 weeks and reduce in Winter allowing it to fully dry out. Needs low humidity- avoid misting as this can cause the fleshy leaves to rot
