Kalanchoe luciae ‘Oricula’ (Paddle Plant)

Sold Out

An unusual succulent, the Kalanchoe luciae ‘Oricula’ has strangely sculptural leaves that grow in spoon and ear like shaped (Think elongated Shrek ears!). Native to Southern Africa, this plant grows in moderately arid regions. This upright, clump forming succulent has grey-green leaves that have a fine coating of epicuticular wax to protect them from bright sun rays. The tips of the leaves are a beautiful deep red that becomes bolder in the sunnier months.

RATING- Super easy

LOVES- A bright and sunny position (but not prolonged extreme light levels)

HATES- Overwatering or being misted. Water when the soil has dried out or if the succulent leaves appear dry and wrinkly.

Pot diameter 8.5cm
