The Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum is a large leaved plant from the larger plant family Araceae. Also known as a Philodendron selloum, split leaf philodendron and tree philodendron, this specific plant is known for growing the largest leaves of the varieties of ‘tree’ philos. It originated from the tropical rainforest of South America. It has deep glossy green unusually shaped leaves on top of long stems! Can grow to up to 5ft indoors and gives a really tropical vibe to any room!

RATING- Easy

LOVES- Bright indirect light (too much shade will cause an elongated stem), high humidity

HATES- Damp, soggy soil, allow half of the soil to dry before rewatering.
