This is the perfect solution for watering your houseplants. It removes the chlorine and chloramine that is present in tap water. Tap water contains these compounds that are designed to destroy microorganisms, which is great for preventing the spread of diseases, but not so great for your plants. Conditioning your tap water with taptonic will help avoid adding stress to your house plants. It will help minimise burning their sensitive roots and unsightly burnt leaf edges.

Taptonic solves this issue instantly – just add 2 drops for each litre of tap water and you will ensure that the effects of chlorine and chloramine are completely nullified.

Use this product to promote increased health- in quality, growth rate and resistance to pests & diseases.

The bottle a pain in the neck.

The bottle a pain in the neck. Only need one drop per my watering can (2 drops per litre). You get none or several all at once. You have to tip it upside down and tap it just right. Can’t judge if it remove the chlorine compounds in tap water- I’ll find out went my protea and calathea start growing again, hopefully to crisp edges. Can’t fault the service, well packaged in recyclable packaging. Thanks

Free local delivery to Brighton & Hove homes and surrounding areas is available.

UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

  • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
  • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

These charges cover the whole order, regardless of how many items. Please email us if you would like the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.

Refunds & returns

Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
