Delivery Information

Local delivery is every day Monday to Saturday. Order before 12:30 PM for same-day delivery. Otherwise, click and collect is 7 days a week - simply order your plants and turn up to our store at 91 Trafalgar Street.

Local delivery encompasses the area below. Any orders which postcodes aren’t mentioned below will be sent via Royal Mail - if you want your items quicker, we would recommend coming to collect. We use Coastal Postal - a local eco-courier for all of our deliveries and therefore cannot give you a timeslot for delivery - it is generally after 2 PM.

Please leave a phone number and a safe place for your plants to be left. If we cannot get in contact with you on the day or leave the plants anywhere safe, then the plants will be returned to the shop for yourselves to pick up (or arrange a re-delivery at a £4 charge).

Nationwide deliveries:

Nationwide orders are £3.99 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail or £5.99 for 24-hour tracked - expect your order 2 working days after you have placed it. Nationwide deliveries are dispatched Monday to Saturday. The cutoff for 24-hour tracked delivery is 1 PM.
