This full and healthy Pineapple plant is similar to Bromeliads in the respect that it can absorb water and nutrients directly through its leaves as well as its roots. Can be kept outside during summer but bring indoors before the first autumn frost.

LOVES-Keep in a bright window with some sun being beneficial

HATES- Overwatering- water lightly (enough to moisten the soil) but allow to dry out in-between. Overwatering will lead to yellow leaves and root rot

Overview

Quick Care Guide

Care Difficulty: Moderate care needs.

Light requirements: Prefer bright indirect light. Can tolerate some direct sunlight but to much can cause the leaves to burn.

Watering: Water thoroughly but allow this plant to dry out mostly between waterings.

Humidity: Can do well in normal household conditions but will enjoy some humidity. Place in a bathroom or kitchen or group plants together.

Toxicity: Safe for cats, not safe for dogs

Feeding: Enjoys being fed during Spring- Summer growth period every 2-3 weeks. Always follow the instructions on your feed of choice.

Repotting: Repot around once a year -check to see if the roots are coming out the bottom of the pot!

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.

Free local delivery to Brighton & Hove homes and surrounding areas is available.

UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

  • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
  • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

These charges cover the whole order, regardless of how many items. Please email us if you would like the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.

Refunds & returns

Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
