Gasteria verrucosa is a hardy succulent native to South Africa. In the wild, species of Gasteria often grow in sheltered, rocky habitats, which is why they tolerate lower light levels better than many other succulents. UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

  • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
  • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

Refunds & returns

Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
