Background & Origin
Hoya ‘Rosita’ is a hybrid cultivar of the tropical epiphytic vine Hoya, prized for its compact trailing habit and decorative foliage. Native Hoyas grow across Southeast Asia, often climbing tree trunks in warm, humid forests, and this cultivar inherits that elegant vining nature. ‘Rosita’ features glossy green leaves and produces clusters of delicate, star-shaped pink to white flowers with a sweet, floral fragrance. Its small, trailing stems make it ideal for hanging baskets, shelves, or training along a trellis, adding charm and tropical beauty to any indoor space.
