I'm Lindsey Glasheen and I am a Medical Herbalist, based and working out of a successful clinic in Kent. 

Join me for a two hour workshop to learn how to navigate the transition to menopause and beyond with confidence. The workshop will include: 

- Learning about herbs: learn about the way herbs are used to support the hormonal process naturally, as well as those for managing symptoms such as hot sweats, mood changes and sleep disturbance 
-  Practical herbs: I will show you how you can use herbs on a daily basis and you will make your own herbal product to take home
- Holistic approach: In addition to herbs, explore ways to alter your lifestyle and supercharge your nutrition to support your body in the best way possible
- Community: Enjoy the time and space to nurture yourself, feel you can ask questions, meet other people and share the journey together.

Herbal refreshment, handout with tips and recipes and a herbal gift to make and take home.

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.

Free local delivery to Brighton & Hove homes and surrounding areas is available.

UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

  • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
  • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

These charges cover the whole order, regardless of how many items. Please email us if you would like the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.

Refunds & returns

Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
