We are able to travel within 3 miles of central Brighton 

Has your inch-plant wandered too far from its home? Is your succulent sending out pups? Worried about harming your houseplant by uprooting it? Then why not use our  repotting services. 

We can re-pot individual plants, your entire collection and even do your big beasties that you just can’t get out of the door! 

This is for an hour appointment for repotting your house plants from the comfort of your own home. Natalie will arrive, repot in a Soil Ninja blend and tidy your plants up for you. Please let us know how many plants you would like us to repot and the size beforehand and if any nursery pots are required. You can leave this info in the notes section at checkout or by sending us an email at enquiries@betweentwothorns.com

Call outs start at £27 per hour and then any pots and substrates are extra and can be payable at the end of the session!

    Delivery & Returns

    Delivery

    FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.

    Free local delivery to Brighton & Hove homes and surrounding areas is available.

    UK Nationwide delivery fees (for total orders under £50):

    • £4 for 48-hour tracked delivery via Royal Mail
    • £6.95 tracked next-day working day delivery with UPS (order must be received before 2pm to guarantee next-day delivery).

    These charges cover the whole order, regardless of how many items. Please email us if you would like the option to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery.

    Refunds & returns

    Refunds are available for any plant or product with an obvious fault. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery via email or by phone.

    Any products damaged in transit will require photos to be submitted via email. If we think they are salvageable we will provide you with return labels. If they are not we will provide a full refund, but we require the complaint to be submitted within 7 days of receiving the plant.

    Any return of plants within 7 days for any other reason will require the customer to pay for that return postage. Full details can be found here on our Refunds Policy page.
