I placed my first order with between two thorns a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately one of the plants I ordered was out of stock, I received great email communications from a lovely member of staff, who offered me an alternative plant, orca refund, they understood my concerns regarding the choice of plant, and selected a perfect option! My plants arrived in perfect condition and packaged beautifully. There was nothing i could fault with this order, fantastic customer service and lovely, healthy good sized plants. I will certainly use this company again, and would highly recommend
I ordered a medium box as a housewarming gift. It was all packed beautifully in a nice box and arrived looking great. The plants were large and the handwritten card was a lovey personalized touch. I spoke to Between the Thorns about bringing down some plants to ask for general advice.
The service was SO good. A couple of the plants just needed tidying up - but watching someone who knew what they were doing doing it filled me with confidence that I can do it properly the next time.
Two of the plants needed repotting - and, again, just watching an expert do it made the whole process so reassuring. I'm not constantly staring at the plants wondering if I've traumatised them... I know they've been handled so professionally.
I highly, highly recommend booking this service.
